Originally from Detroit, born and raised, this Atlanta transplant, has been a DJ since his youth. From backyard and basement parites as a youth, to the small club scene of metro Detroit, Reggie Dokes eventually became a sought after DJ in Detroit. Fast forwarding to 2001, is when he created his label Psychostasia Recordings. Although the label has been dormant for several years, 2017 finds the label back in full swing with a new EP Fall release. His sound is interstellar, unique and soulful. Over the years as a producer of deep house and techno, Reggie Dokes has managed to release EP projects with various underground labels from the U.S. to Europe.
